If you select the “Non-fixed rate” plan, the exchange rate will be recalculated immediately, as we pull data from the liquidity provider, use information from the order book, and factor in swap fees. You will receive exactly the amount displayed when you create the order. Processing time ranges from 5 minutes to 4 hours. If you need a quick exchange, you should choose a plan with a commission, as these use exchanges and the exchange is practically instantaneous. In the “Non-fixed rate” plan, we do NOT use the exchange rate, but rather the rate from DEX platforms; it may differ from the exchange rate by a few dollars due to high volatility! This is visible when creating an exchange request. All information is sent to you via email. Please be careful! By creating an exchange request, you agree to the exchange rules and confirm that you have reviewed all information regarding the rates. After payment for the request, no claims against the exchange service or monitoring will be accepted. 

In the event of high volatility on exchanges and DEX platforms, the transmission of the current rate to the monitoring system may be subject to a slight delay! Keep this in mind and carefully verify the data when creating a request. If you are not satisfied with anything—DO NOT proceed with the exchange, and DO NOT create a request with us!

The liquidity providers for market orders are DEX platforms such as 1inch and Uniswap, as well as exchanges like WhiteBit, Binance, and Huobi.  PLEASE NOTE! IN THE “NON-FIXED RATE” PLAN - THE EXCHANGE RATE IS DETERMINED BY A MARKET ORDER, THEREFORE, POSSIBLE VARIATIONS OF +/- $1–5 IN THE EQUIVALENT OF THE EXCHANGED CRYPTOCURRENCY THIS IS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY WHEN CREATING THE ORDER, BEFORE PAYMENT!

ERC20 tokens - 25 confirmations

LTC, XMR - 32 confirmations

TRC20 tokens - 20 confirmations

BTC - 2 confirmations
