When creating an exchange request, I specified the wrong network wallet to receive payment. I waited a long time for the payment, decided to write to the mail of the service and find out the reason for the delay. Going to the post office I found a letter from the exchanger with a request to change the details. Immediately responded and within 15 minutes received the payment. Great exchanger, thank you!
